Can I add additional utilities to my home during my lease?

Certain utilities are included in Alcove tenant's monthly payment, and the list of utilities that are set up by the landlord can be found on pages 15-16 of the lease agreement.

If a tenant wishes to purchase additional utility services other than what is already set up by the landlord (i.e. additional internet service, cable service, etc.), they may do so with the approval from the landlord. Any utilities set up by individual tenants will not be reimbursed by the landlord and tenants are expected to make payments on their own.
