Can I pay my rent with a credit or debit card?

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit or debit card. However, Stripe charges a 2.9% card fee on top of any invoice if the payment method is a credit OR debit card. 

In order to avoid the 2.9% card fee, tenants can add their bank account as their default payment method with their routing and account number.
