As a common courtesy to your housemates, we ask you notify your housemates immediately upon exhibiting symptoms of COVID, receiving a confirmed positive test, or being informed of contact with a confirmed COVID case.
Additionally, please contact the Alcove Support Team with the subject line "COVID - Caution (Property Address)" to let us know that you, a housemate, or recent guest has tested positive for COVID.
To ensure the safety of all parties, we will notify any recent or scheduled visitors to the property (e.g. Alcove Field Staff, Service Providers, Applicants, Landlords, Property Managers, etc.) of a confirmed case. We will anonymize individuals and identities in these communications. Any scheduled work or visits will need to be rescheduled.
