Is lawn maintenance included in the rent?

Lawn maintenance is included in your monthly rent. It is the landlord's responsibility to provide general lawn maintenance during the growing season. They may choose to do so through one of Alcove's certified providers, or their own contractors. 

However, the landlord does not take care of landscaping and this is a shared responsibility of all housemates.
