What should I do if I don't have a washer and dryer?
Having a washer and dryer is a necessary feature in all Alcove homes. Many of our owners choose to work with Appliance Warehouse, which provides both purchasing and leasing options. They take care of delivery, installation, and even offer free maintenance and servicing throughout the duration of the lease. We typically recommend leasing as it provides more flexibility for you and your residents.
