Currently, Lawn Care Services can not be scheduled on the Alcove Services Portal
Alcove has historically partnered with Plowz and Mowz, a nationwide lawn care and external homes services platform. Contracting with Plowz and Mowz is not a requirement. Landlords and tenants may choose to complete the work themselves or hire whomever they prefer. That said, all services at the property should be added to the Service Portal to ensure all are aware of any non-housemates that may be on the property or in the home.
On Alcove's Roadmap - Coming 2024
Alcove is looking into expanding our Alcove Services Portal to allow Alcove Landlords, Tenants, and Property Manager to schedule and pay for one-time and recurring lawn care services directly through the Alcove Services Portal. We hope to launch ahead of the 2024 lawn care season (March 2024)
