Congratulations on signing your new lease! We are thrilled for your move-in day and are here to assist you every step of the way.
All Alcove tenants receives two unique codes: one for unlocking the front door and another for accessing their bedroom. These codes can be found in the My Alcove portal.
To access the codes, please follow these steps*:
1. Visit the My Alcove portal by clicking on the profile button located in the top right-hand corner.
2. Then, select 'My Alcove'
3. Finally, choose 'Access & Resident Info' from the list on the left-hand side.
*These instructions are also sent to your email 3 days before you move-in.
When can I access my codes?
Due to security reasons, access codes will only be available starting at 9am on the first day of a tenant's lease. Please note, it is strictly prohibited to move into the home prior to the natural lease start date.
