How do I receive more information about my move-in?
Tenants who sign an Alcove lease receive move-in emails before their lease start date with details about the home, the move-in checklist, and where to find access information.
After signing your lease, you will receive a welcome and onboarding email with your lease details, Alcove Portal access, rent payments, renter's insurance, and how to contact your future housemates.
About 1 to 3 days before your lease starts, you may receive additional move-in details, including your checklist, bedroom photos when available, property notes, repair notes if applicable, and where to review your access information.
Your access methods are shown in your Alcove Portal. Depending on the home, you may see separate property/front door access and bedroom access. Access is generally available on the morning your lease starts.
Please check spam and trash folders so you do not miss emails from Alcove. If move-in day has arrived and access is missing or not working, submit a support ticket through your Alcove Support Portal or contact Alcove Support.
