How do I receive more information about my move-in?

Tenants who sign an Alcove lease receive a series of email prior to their move in date with more information on the move in process and their home.

Upon signing your lease, you will receive an email titled "Lease Signed-Welcome to the Alcove Community-Onboarding Information Inside" with confirmation of your lease details, how to access your Alcove portal, rent payments, obtaining renter's insurance, and how to contact your future housemates. 

About 3 days before your lease start date, you will receive an email titled "Alcove Move In", with details on your home's access codes and how to submit support or maintenance tickets to your landlord once you are moved in

 Please be sure to check all spam and trash folders so as not to miss any emails from Alcove.

As noted in the onboarding and move-in emails, access codes for both the front door and pouch can be found on your Alcove Portal starting on the morning of your move-in date.
