Where can I find the details of an upcoming service in my home?
The Alcove service portal allows tenants to view the date and time range of a landlord or Alcove scheduled maintenance service in their home
The details of any scheduled service appointment (i.e. home repair, tenant turnover service, applicant tour, landlord inspection, etc.) can be found in the Alcove portal under the "Support" section.
The details of the service appointment will include:- Date and time range that the service will be completed by
- The service type that will be completed
- The vendor completing the service
