Is the landlord or Alcove allowed to enter my home at any time?

Bedrooms must be accessible to the landlord, Alcove and associated vendors in case of emergencies, maintenance, or tours for future roommates. 

Yes. Per the lease agreement:

Right of Entry: Landlord, Landlord's cleaning team, or third party agents, including but not limited to lawn maintenance crew, maintenance crew, movers may enter the premise. While we may try to give notice, that is not guaranteed. Restriction of access is strictly prohibited and is a direct violation of this agreement and may lead to lease termination.

The landlord/property manager, Alcove and associated maintenance vendors reserve the right enter the home with prior notification to the current housemates for the purpose of cleaning, maintenance and tours. Notice of any visits will be provided in the Alcove portal here and via email. Restriction of access to the home or any rooms is considered a lease violation.
