Are service and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) allowed?

Yes, service animals and ESAs are allowed in Alcove homes but are up to the discretion of the current housemates and must be registered with Alcove.

It is up to the housemate group to decide if they are comfortable with having an animal in the home if the home is listed a not pet friendly. Since our spaces are fully shared, the roommates are able to provide feedback that reflect their right to reasonable accommodation.
