Are there any fees associated with renewing my lease?

No, Alcove does not charge tenants any additional fees to renew their lease. 

Upon signing a lease renewal:

  • The application fee is waived
  • The move in fee is waived
  • The security deposit is transferred to the lease renewal
  • Additional pet fees are waived (unless a new pet is added to your account during your lease renewal)

Prior to signing the lease, the tenant will be provided with a payment schedule that confirms the waived fees, as well as the rent schedule for the duration of the lease.
