Are there any fees to me as a homeowner?
No. We charge the tenants directly for services that include roommate matching, platform services and support throughout their lease periods. Alcove's fee is charged to the tenants and/or their sponsoring employer. To see exactly how much is charged to the tenant, login into your portal and follow these steps:
- Go to Manage Listing, and select your property.
- Select 'Dashboard', and View live listing →.
- From there, the platform fee is displayed.
When a lease is submitted to you for approval, the rent price will reflect the total amount owed to you. Please note that our platform fee is charged separately to tenants.
