Can I bring someone with me when completing services?

Vendors are allowed to bring one adult person to the shift for safety reasons, but only the vendor can enter the premise.

During Alcove shifts, Alcove Vendors can bring one person over 18 to the property for safety during service completion.

The additional person is prohibited from entering the home or roaming on the premises; they must stay inside the vendor's vehicle.

EXCEPTION: In cases of Junk Removal, the vendor is allowed to bring one extra person into the premises to provide assistance. The vendor bears full responsibility for the shift, including any liabilities and the training of the additional person.
