Can I cancel a pending rent payment?
Unfortunately our payment system, Stripe, does not allow us to pause or cancel a payment while it is pending. Even though the funds may have been deducted from your bank account temporarily, it can takes a few business days for the payment to either process as “failed” or “successful”.
If your payment fails for any reason, you can retry it in your Alcove billing portal here by clicking the "Run payment" button on your corresponding invoice.
