Can I make alterations to my room during my lease?

We understand that your bedroom should be a reflection of your personality and is your safe space. Any holes made in the walls should be no larger than a thumbtack or pushpin and any additional alterations (curtains, painting, shelves, etc) should be sent to your landlord in advance for approval through a support ticket. 

Any damages to the room that require repair outside of normal wear and tear after the tenant moves out will be deducted from the security deposit.
