Can I make alterations to my room during my lease?

We understand that your bedroom should be a reflection of your personality and is your safe space. Any holes made in the walls should be no larger than a thumbtack or pushpin and any additional alterations (curtains, painting, shelves, etc) should be sent to your landlord in advance for approval through a support ticket. 

Any damages to the room that require repair outside of normal wear and tear after the tenant moves out is eligible to be deducted from the security deposit by the landlord.
