Can I manage/reduce text or email communications that I receive from Alcove?
Alcove sends automated emails and text messages to tenants in order to provide updates on their lease agreements, support tickets, and community wide messages during the course of their lease agreements.
Email notifications are auto-generated when certain triggers are met. For example, all landlords and tenants included on a support ticket will be notified when a support ticket is created, in process, updated or resolved.
If you believe that you should not be included on a support ticket, you may request to be removed from that support ticket by updating the ticket with your request, or email support@alcoverooms.com to be removed from the ticket.
