How Do I access the Property and My Room at the start of my lease?

Roommates will receive a move-in code prior to the start of their lease. This will be a unique code for each tenant and will be used to access the front door of the home, as well as the bedroom pouch located in the community drawer. If applicable, the bedroom pouch will contain the physical front door key and bedroom key for each tenant's room. 

All physical front door and bedroom keys must be returned to the bedroom pouch upon move out and any lost front door or bedrooms keys will be charged a $50 rekey fee.
