How do Alcove Vendors get paid?

Getting Paid

Alcove vendors are paid out per service completed with Alcove. This means that pay will be deposited in the vendors connected bank account 3-5 business days post service completion. 

To check if your service has been marked as completed and paid by Alcove visit My Jobs under your Alcove Vendor Portal

Alcove does not take a percentage of the vendors pay. 100% of the agreed upon pay and reimbursements go directly to the vendor. There is no fee to be a part of Alcove's platform or to receive payouts from Stripe.

Stripe Account Review

Your account with Stripe can be placed on hold as Stripe periodically reviews accounts (for KYC compliance) which is common. 

From the Alcove side, we've submitted the payment, which means it is out of our bank account and currently sitting in the Stripe account. The action and items needed to lift the account hold will fall on you to send a copy of verification items to confirm account information. If a website is requested, please use https://alcoverooms.com.
If you haven't already, please check the Stripe support page. On the right side there are 24/7 Support options, including a request to receive a call to complete your required compliance paperwork. 
Please note that due to security protocols Alcove is not able to complete account reviews on behalf of our vendors.
