How do I get my mail?
Alcove does not handle mail for any home on our platform. Some landlords or property managers may provide mailbox information and access instructions in the Resident Guide here.
If mail instructions are not provided in the Resident Guide, we would recommend asking the existing housemates if they have already obtained a mailbox key, and if so, ask where the shared copy is in the home.
If no one in the home currently has a mailbox key, please bring a copy of your signed lease to your designated USPS location to request a new key. If authorization from your landlord or property manager is needed before USPS will release a new key, please submit a ticket in your support portal for this request.
