Move-in is available at 9am on the start of your lease.
Congratulations on signing your new lease! We are thrilled for your move-in day and are here to assist you every step of the way.
All Alcove tenants receives two unique codes: one for unlocking the front door and another for accessing their bedroom. These codes can be found in your My Alcove portal starting at 9am on the first day of your lease.
To access the codes, please follow these steps*:
1. Visit the My Alcove portal by clicking on the profile button located in the top right-hand corner.
2. Then, select 'My Alcove'
3. Finally, choose 'Access & Resident Info' from the list on the left-hand side.
*These instructions are also sent to your email 3 days before you move-in.
When can I access my codes?
Due to security reasons, access codes will only be available starting at 9am on the first day of a tenant's lease. Please note, it is strictly prohibited to move into the home prior to the natural lease start date.
