How do I renew my lease?

Lease renewals are not automatic. Tenants must submit a renewal application to their landlord for approval in their portal before it is considered finalized.

Tenants in good standing with their landlord and Alcove are eligible to renew their lease starting 90 days from their lease end date. Tenants can log into their Alcove Portal and submit interest in a lease renewal to their landlord. Additional information on the lease renewal process is sent to tenants via email as well.

Alcove leases are offered on a first come, first served basis and must be approved by the landlord prior to signing. All tenants must be in good financial standing (i.e. no unpaid invoices on their account and not have a history of late rent payments) and not have any outstanding lease violations in order to be offered a lease renewal.
