Tenants can log into their Alcove Portal and submit interest in a lease renewal to their landlord. Additional information on the lease renewal process is sent to tenants via email starting 90 days from their lease end date
To submit your interest in renewing your lease, click the "I want to renew" button on the Manage Lease page and follow the prompts.
After that, a renewal offer with your landlord's current pricing for your bedroom will be sent to your portal so you can submit an application. To submit an application, click the "Apply for Renewal" button, select your lease length, and submit your application. If your landlord approves your application, you'll be notified and directed to sign and finalize your lease agreement.
Alcove leases must be approved by the landlord prior to signing. All tenants must be in good financial standing (i.e. no unpaid invoices on their account and not have a history of late rent payments) and not have any outstanding lease violations in order to be offered a lease renewal.
