How can I see the details of upcoming maintenance appointments and services in my home?

Maintenance service appointments are scheduled by Alcove or the home's landlord in the Alcove portal

Alcove tenants can view the details of upcoming service appointments on the Alcove portal. Simply go to the "My Alcove" page, navigate to the "Support" section, and scroll down to the "Upcoming Service Appointments" section. Here, you’ll find the date and time range for each appointment.

Reminders of service appointments are sent to the tenant's email address on file with the subject line: "Upcoming service appointment reminder".
