I can't connect my bank account for rent payments-what should I do?

Some bank accounts need manual connection through Stripe in order to be used for payments on Alcove

If you are unable to connect your bank account directly in your Alcove portal, please email support@alcoverooms.com for further assistance on completing the following steps:

  1. Complete our secure form with your bank account details-sent by the tenant support team once your email is received
  2. Once the support team receives your form, we'll manually add your bank account to your portal to start the verification process
  3. Check your bank account over the next few business days for a single micro-deposit (less than $1.00) from Alcove. The description of the micro-deposit will have a 6 letter code starting with "SM"
  4. Send the 6 letter code to support@alcoverooms.com to complete the verification process
