I have a rent credit on my account-why is it not showing up on my billing page or my rent schedule?

Credits on tenant accounts are added internally to billing accounts and are not visible until applied to a charged invoice

The rent payment schedule in a tenant's portal only reflects the rent amount due as stated in the natural lease agreement-it does not account for any rent credits applied to a tenant's account after the lease has been signed.

If a tenant receives a credit, it will be applied to the next charged invoice on their account and will be visible as "Applied Balance" on the invoice receipt.
