My rent was charged to the wrong payment method-can you refund my rent so I can pay it with another payment method?
No. Once a rent invoice is paid, it is promptly processed through our billing system to be distributed to your landlord accordingly. Alcove is unable to refund any payment that is processed as paid.
If you'd like to update your payment method for future rent charges, please do so in your Alcove portal here before your next rent charge.
