Who takes care of pests at the home?

In accordance with the lease agreement, tenants are responsible for pest control in the home.

Roommates are responsible for keeping the premise clean and neat so as not to be conducive to
insects and rodents. Roommates must use professional carpet cleaning service to clean carpets in any attempt to exterminate pests. If pest infestations occur, Alcove or the landlord reserves the right to exterminate infestation and tenant will bear the cost of ridding the property of infestations to include Ants, Roaches, Hornets, Bees, Bed Bugs, Spiders, Water bugs, Rats, Mice and any other pests found in the property and may terminate lease agreement.
