Bedrooms must be accessible to the landlord, Alcove and associated vendors in case of emergencies, maintenance, or tours for future roommates.
Yes, per the lease agreement:
Right of Entry: Right of Entry: Landlord, Landlord's cleaning team, or third party agents, including but not limited to lawn maintenance crew, maintenance crew, movers may enter the premise. While we may try to give notice, that is not guaranteed. Restriction of access is strictly prohibited and is a direct violation of this agreement and may lead to lease termination.
Landlord, Alcove and associated maintenance vendors reserve the right enter the home with prior notification to the current housemates for the purpose of cleaning, maintenance and tours. We will never enter your private room without prior notification via email, text, or support ticket notification.
