What does my vendor status mean?

Each vendor has a status next to their name on their Alcove Service Portal under their Dashboard. The status tells the vendor their current standing with Alcove. The status are as follows:

  • Onboarding Completed: The vendor has completed the 3 step onboarding process for Alcove, but has not completed any training on the platform. To complete training go to your Ed App portal that was sent via email. 
  • New Vendor: The vendor has completed at least training for at least one service type and has complete less than 5 services on Alcove's Marketplace
  • Active Vendor: The vendor has completed more than 5 services with Alcove and has completed a service within the last 60 days
  • Inactive Vendor: The vendor has not completed a service with Alcove within the last 60 days

If there is no status next to a vendor's name, they are currently banned from Alcove and are not able to complete any services at this time.
