Each application is independently reviewed by the landlord and the team before an application is approved or denied. If your application has been denied, please view the reasons on the Adverse Action Notice that was sent to you via email. If you have not received an Adverse Action Notice for a denied application, please email apply@alcoverooms.com.
Alcove cannot release the contents of the TransUnion history checks over email or over the phone. Please directly contact TransUnion for a copy of your reports.
All application decision are final and apply to all Alcove rooms for rent, not just the one that was initially applied to. Application fees are non-refundable for a denied application.
If your application was rejected because it did not meet the income or credit criteria, you may be able to include a family member guarantor to address this issue. For more details, please visit What is a Guarantor and how do I add them to my application?
