What's included in the rent?

We make shared living even easier with a single payment a month! The monthly rental fee includes:

• Base rent - Payable through ACH, Credit Card, etc.
• All utilities* - Electric, Water, Gas (if applicable)
• Furnishing of shared spaces - Living and dining room
• High-speed WiFi
• Lawn maintenance
• A washer and dryer

* Limits on excess usage are in place as outlined in each lease agreement..
