We make shared living even easier with a single payment a month! The monthly rental fee includes the following and is payable in the Alcove portal via ACH bank account, debit card, or credit card

• Base bedroom rent 
• Alcove platform fee
• All utilities* - Electric, Water, Gas (if applicable)
• Furnishing of shared spaces - Living and dining room
• High-speed WiFi
• Lawn maintenance
• A washer and dryer

* Limits on excess usage are in place as outlined in each lease agreement..
