Alcove utilizes the payment processing system, Stripe, to collect all rent payments electronically
Alcove accepts rent payments through ACH bank account, credit card, or debit card. Any tenant using a credit or debit card for rent will be charged an additional 2.9% card fee by Stripe on top of your rent payment. Bank account payments are not charged any additional fees.
Tenants can update their payment method any time in the Alcove portal here. If a tenant is unable to add a preferred payment method to your Alcove account, please reach out to support@alcoverooms.com for assistance.
By signing the electronic payment addendum along with the lease agreement, the tenant acknowledges that all rent payments will be made electronically.We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders for rent payments.
