Your first month's rent will be prorated based on your lease start date and rent will be due on the first day on your lease. For the remainder of your lease, rent will be processed on the night before the 15th day of the month for the next month's rent.
For example, the rent for February shall be paid on or before January 15. A full list of your future payments are available for you to review before signing your lease. Once your lease has been signed, your future payments can be found in your Alcove Portal.
Alcove accepts payments via ACH bank account, credit card, or debit card. Tenants can update their default payment method any time here.
