How do I update my payment method?
Tenants can use a credit card, debit card, or bank account to pay their rent and can update their payment method any time during the course of their lease agreement.
To update payment method to a credit or debit card:
- Login to your Alcove portal here
- Click the "Billing" page on the menu

- Click the "Update payment method" button

- Enter your card number, expiration date, and 3 digit code on the back of your card
- Save your changes
To update payment method to a bank account (no fees)
- Login to your Alcove portal here
- Click the "Billing" page on the menu

- Click the "Update payment method" button
- Click the "Pay with bank (no fees" button

- Click "Continue"

- Select your bank

- Complete your login at your bank and follow remaining steps to complete your bank account connection

If for any reason you are unable to connect your bank account, please email billing team at support@alcoverooms.com to receive instructions on how to manually connect your bank account.
