How can I update my payment method?
Tenants can update their payment method in the Alcove billing portal to a credit card, debit card, or bank account for rent payments.
To update payment method to a credit or debit card:
- Login to your Alcove portal here
- Click the "Billing" page on the menu
- Click the "Update payment method" button
- Enter your card number, expiration date, and 3 digit code on the back of your card
- Save your changes
To update payment method to a bank account (no fees)
- Login to your Alcove portal here
- Click the "Billing" page on the menu
- Click the "Update payment method" button
- Click the "Pay with bank (no fees" button
- Click "Continue"
- Select your bank- if your bank is not listed, follow directions here to manually connect your bank account
- Complete your login at your bank and follow remaining steps to complete your bank account connection
