Warnings and Non-Fine Charged Notices:
If you receive violations caused by tenant activity or negligence, you should immediately:
- send a ticket through the Alcove Manager Portal to the tenants notifying them of the violation.
- Make sure to upload and share a copy of the notice you've received
- Request a confirmation that they understand and will do better to comply going forward.
Violations with Charges or Fines:
If you receive violations caused by tenant activity or negligence, you should immediately:
- Send a ticket through the Alcove Manager Portal to the tenants notifying them of the violation.
- Make sure to upload and share a copy of the notice you've received and clarify the amount of the fine.
- Set expectations that unless an individual takes accountability, the fine will be split between housemates.
- Upload a copy of the paid invoice/receipt to the ticket.
- Contact the Landlord Partnership to complete the transaction
