At Alcove we are striving to create amazing communities within our homes and the surrounding area! Here are some basic requirements to become part of the Alcove Community:

- Credit (Residential Score provided by TransUnion): A solid score, consistent credit history for at least the past year and no evictions or bankruptcies on file. A guarantor can be used under specific circumstances to replace an applicants score. See the article Guarantors for more information on when a guarantor can be used.
- Background: A clean criminal record. Minor offenses, such as traffic violations, will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Income: A monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent is the minimum requirement. Please report all mean of revenue when reporting your income. We will verify your self-reported income with a third-party credit bureau as part of your background and credit check. A guarantor can be used under specific circumstances to replace an applicants income score. See the article Guarantors for more information on when a guarantor can be used.
- Roommates who are willing to be apart of a shared-living community.
