      What do I need to provide to approve my Service Animal or ESA?

      Service Animals and Emotion Service Animals (ESA) are permitted in Alcove homes provided that all up-to-date documentation is provided in the tenant's Alcove portal.

      Please fill out the required information about your service animal/ESA and upload all documentation in your Alcove portal here. Alcove requires the following documentation, in alignment with ADA and FHA: 

      1.  Service ESA medical statement with a signature from your medical provider
      2. Vet records and up-to-date vaccines
      3. A picture of your pet
