No, vendors are not allowed to reuse old photos or videos of the same property on service reports. This includes the selfie photo submission required at the end of every Alcove service report.
The service reports create a time capsule for Alcove and the property's landlord to ensure that the lease and all Alcove policies are being adhered to. Inaccurate photos and videos are a liability for the property.
If a vendor reuses photos or videos from a previous trip (not matter the time between the two trips) the vendor will not be paid and will need to return to the property to obtain up to date photos and videos.

If reusing old photos and videos become a recurring problem for a vendor, the vendor will be put on a probation period that can lead to termination from Alcove's Marketplace.
